We target opportunities across Africa, the Gulf, and North America, with a particular emphasis on sectors where structural transformation is underway — financial services, technology, infrastructure, and the broader digital economy. We are patient investors. We do not manage portfolios on behalf of external clients, and we are not constrained by fund cycles or quarterly reporting pressures. This structural freedom allows us to take positions with conviction and hold them for as long as it takes to realize their full potential.

Our approach

Our investment process begins with a rigorous assessment of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and management quality. We look for businesses with defensible market positions, proven revenue models, and leadership teams capable of executing in complex environments. Once invested, we work closely with management to support strategic decision-making, international expansion, governance improvements, and access to our network of institutional relationships across four continents.

We are selective by design. We would rather pass on ten opportunities than commit capital to one that does not meet our standards for quality, governance, and long-term value creation. This discipline is what defines our track record and the confidence our partners place in us.
