Myriam Kuleeb serves as Principal at WaneGlobal, leading the firm's capital markets and structured finance activity across North America and international markets.

Myriam brings a rare combination of Wall Street execution experience and strategic consulting expertise. She spent several years at KKR — one of the world's preeminent alternative investment firms — where she worked across capital markets mandates, including the underwriting and distribution of high yield bonds and leveraged loans for financial sponsors and large corporates. Prior to KKR, she served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in the Middle East, advising leading financial institutions and corporations on strategy, growth, and operational transformation.

At WaneGlobal, Myriam applies this depth of experience to the structuring and execution of principal transactions, co-investment arrangements, and capital markets activity across the firm's portfolio — with a particular focus on North America and cross-border opportunities in the Gulf and Africa.

Myriam holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investment from the London School of Business & Finance.
