Prior to joining WaneGlobal, Ilaria was an investment banker at Lazard, one of the world's leading independent financial advisory firms, where she worked in the Consumer & Retail group on M&A advisory and strategic transactions for leading corporate clients. Her experience at Lazard gave her a rigorous foundation in financial analysis, deal structuring, and the execution of complex cross-border mandates at the highest institutional standard.

At WaneGlobal, Ilaria brings this analytical precision and transaction experience to the firm's investment process — supporting origination, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring across private equity, real estate, and technology investments.

Ilaria graduated from the Queensland University with a B.S in Economics and a minor in Business Strategy.
