Mira Taimoor

Mira Taimoor serves as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of WaneGlobal, overseeing the firm's financial operations, capital structure, and investment execution across its global portfolio.

Mira brings a distinctive combination of strategic consulting and structured finance expertise. She began her career at the Boston Consulting Group, where she advised leading financial institutions and corporate clients on strategy, transformation, and performance improvement across international markets. She subsequently joined the Structured Finance Group of The Prudential Investment Corporation, where she developed deep expertise in transaction structuring, capital markets, and complex investment vehicles.

At WaneGlobal, Mira is responsible for the firm's financial governance, investment monitoring, and the structuring of principal transactions across private equity, real estate, and infrastructure — ensuring that every capital deployment decision meets the firm's standards for discipline, risk management, and long-term value creation.

Mira obtained an MSc in International Banking, Finance and Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, London.
