Vita joined WaneGlobal in 2019 as an Associate with over 20 years of experience in the management consulting industry, including building relationships, developing public and private partnerships, retaining key accounts, and growing distribution channels. Vita has held several senior positions in Latvia, including Managing Director of MOOZ and a member of its Board of Directors in Riga from 2005 and 2018. Vita also held the position of Managing Director at McCANN in Riga from 2018 to 2019. Since 2019, Vita has been on the Board of Directors for the SILVERBACK Group based in Riga.
