Rania Al Mansoor

Rania Al Mansoor leads WaneGlobal as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over fifteen years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and institutional finance across the Gulf, the United States, and North Africa.

Prior to joining WaneGlobal, Rania built her career at Merrill Lynch in Washington, D.C., where she developed deep expertise in international capital markets and cross-border transactions, and at Zad Investment Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — one of the Gulf's leading institutional investment firms — where she held a senior investment role.

Since joining WaneGlobal, Rania has led the firm's strategic development across Africa, the Gulf, and North America, overseeing investment operations, institutional partnerships, and the firm's expansion as a principal investment platform. She brings a rare combination of institutional rigor, regional market knowledge, and an extensive network of relationships across sovereign institutions, family offices, and leading private operators.

Rania obtained a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance from John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
