Tope Imasekha

Tope joined WaneGlobal in 2022 as a Senior Advisor. Tope is a highly motivated and competent corporate finance and investment professional with over 14 years of experience in transaction advisory, transaction/deal structuring, corporate finance, M&A advisory, project finance, valuation, and due diligence. She is a specialist in corporate finance with a background in economics and accounting. She has been involved in transactions in excess of $4 billion across emerging markets.

Tope leads humanitarian and development organization, Women impacting Nigeria (WIN), as an innovative leader and a strong advocate for women empowerment and sustainable development goals. Under her leadership the organization has impacted over 800,000 women and children since its inception.

She currently sits on several boards across energy, agriculture, education, and technology sectors.

She holds a BSc degree in economics and geography from the University of Reading and is also an alumna of Port Regis School, Dorset England, and Kings School Canterbury, Kent, England. She is also a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
