Moaid is the CEO of Frontline Solutions, a Saudi-based advisory and business development firm, and has spent his career at the intersection of institutional strategy, digital transformation, and cross-border investment in the Gulf. He has built an extensive network of relationships at the senior levels of Saudi Arabia's public and private sector — including within the orbit of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Invest Saudi, and Vision 2030 initiatives — giving him a rare combination of institutional access and commercial insight into the Kingdom's transformation agenda.

Recognized internationally for his contribution to economic diplomacy, Moaid received a formal distinction from the South African Consulate in Jeddah for his role in developing economic and cultural ties between South Africa and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — a recognition that speaks to both his network and his commitment to building enduring international partnerships.
