Zuha Wane is the Chair and Co-Founder of WaneGlobal, a private investment holding company with offices in Abu Dhabi and Miami. As Chair, she provides strategic oversight of the firm's governance, investment direction and long-term development across its activities in Africa, the Gulf and North America.

Trained as an Engineer, Zuha developed early in her career a disciplined and systems-oriented approach to problem solving, risk management and organizational performance. She later expanded her expertise through advanced studies in Financial Management, strengthening her understanding of capital allocation, corporate finance and long-term value creation.

Prior to co-founding WaneGlobal, Zuha gained experience across operational, industrial and cross-border business environments, contributing to projects and initiatives spanning multiple sectors and jurisdictions. Her professional background combines analytical rigor, operational discipline and financial insight, enabling her to navigate complex business environments while maintaining a long-term perspective on value creation.

As Chair, she plays a central role in ensuring that WaneGlobal remains guided by the principles of integrity, discipline and responsible stewardship. Working closely with the firm's leadership team, she helps shape the strategic priorities, governance standards and institutional framework that support the firm's continued growth.

Under her leadership, WaneGlobal continues to pursue opportunities across its target markets while maintaining a disciplined investment approach focused on sustainable growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation.
