Infrastructure is the foundation upon which all other economic activity rests. At WaneGlobal, we deploy long-term capital into infrastructure assets — energy, transport, digital connectivity, water, and social infrastructure — across Africa, the Gulf, and North America, with a particular focus on markets where the gap between infrastructure supply and economic demand is most acute and where the conditions for patient, principal capital to generate superior risk-adjusted returns are most favorable.

The infrastructure investment opportunity in Africa alone is estimated at over 100 billion dollars annually over the next decade. Governments across the continent are actively seeking private capital to complement public resources — through concessions, public-private partnerships, and direct investment frameworks that are increasingly sophisticated and investor-friendly. Our infrastructure activity spans energy transition assets — including renewable energy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Gulf — digital infrastructure including data centers and fiber networks, transport and logistics infrastructure in high-growth corridors, and strategic assets identified through our sovereign and institutional relationships. We structure our investments to align the interests of all stakeholders: governments, communities, co-investors, and WaneGlobal itself.
