Manuel Cruz serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at WaneGlobal, where he leads the firm's real estate investment activity — overseeing acquisitions, portfolio management, asset positioning, and dispositions across WaneGlobal's real estate holdings in the United States, the Gulf, and international markets.

Manuel brings over two decades of experience in real estate investment and infrastructure finance across four continents. He spent many years at Foncière SIBA in Paris, one of France's active real estate investment vehicles, where he was involved in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy across European and international markets.

He began his career as a financial intermediary specializing in the structuring of large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects in Brazil, North Africa, and Europe — giving him an early and deep familiarity with the financing dynamics of high-growth and emerging markets that continues to inform his investment approach at WaneGlobal.
