Manuel Cruz

Manuel joined WaneGlobal in 2019. He is Vice President of WaneGlobal Real Estate and focuses on acquisitions, portfolio management, and dispositions in various real estate sectors.

Prior to joining WaneGlobal, Manuel worked for many years at Foncière SIBA in Paris where he focused on real estate acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management.

Manuel began his career as a financial intermediary and worked on the financial structuring of large infrastructure and real estate projects in Brazil, North Africa, and Europe.
