Catia D. Marques

Catia D. Marques serves as Principal at WaneGlobal, where she is involved in investment analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio management across the firm's principal investment activity.

Catia built her career at the intersection of investment banking and real estate finance. She held an Analyst position in the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group at Citigroup, where she advised public and private real estate companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. She subsequently gained further experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, deepening her expertise in financial analysis and capital markets across complex, cross-border mandates.

At WaneGlobal, Catia applies this investment banking rigor to the firm's principal investment activities — contributing to deal origination, financial structuring, and the active management of WaneGlobal's growing portfolio across real estate, private equity, and technology.

Catia received her Masters in Finance from Brandeis University. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo.
