Experience

João has joined WaneGlobal as a Senior Advisor after more than 45 years of experience as an international business lawyer specializing in foreign investment, consultancy, and Business Development.

In his career, João has advised several large Portuguese and international groups and entities in M&A, S&P and development operations, hospitality, tourism, industry, and real estate. He has advised many investors from Europe and the Middle East on their major operations in Portugal, Spain and South America.

Education

João graduated with a law degree from the Universidade Clássica de Lisboa.
